Artwork and specifications are formatted into a computer search engine that permits the user to focus the selection of work according to their criteria, ie., type, subject, genre, media, artist, and value. Works can also be referenced through our Slide Registry.

When given design direction, Archive Inc.'s staff can pre-select artwork prior to your arrival.
Archive Inc. can provide consultation services for private and corporate clients. The service is specifically designed to facilitate selection of artwork with design professionals including interior designers and architects.
Colour copies of selected artwork with specifications can be provided for reference purposes and arrangements can be made to see the actual work(s).
Works are to be picked up and returned by the client, or Archive Inc. can arrange for delivery and installation for a nominal fee.
A minimum of one month and a maximum of three months with the option to re-new or change art selection at contract termination.
Archive Inc.'s fee structure is based on a precentage of the retail price of the artwork. Rental fees range from $20 to $100 per month per work and are tax deductible under Revenue Canada's guidelines for the rental of office furnishings.
Prices for original artworks begin from $200 per work and are tax deductable under Revenue Canada's guidelines for purchase of Canadian art. Rental fees can also be applied against the sale price of the artwork(s).
